Hulshof Business Cases B.V (hereafter: Hulshof), is located on Lievelderweg 72 in Lichtenvoorde. Hulshof offers both standard cases and customised cases. Hulshof is a market specialist conceiving and implementing innovative customised concepts for flex workers and mobile workers. Hulshof offers its standard products online through its website. This privacy policy applies when you use the services and/or website of Hulshof.

Hulshof values your privacy very high and process your personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal data is treated with care and properly secured. In the context of transparency, Hulshof wants to inform you in this way about the way Hulshof processes your personal data and for what purposes.

Hulshof can also request other data from you, such as your position or industry in which you work. In addition to the data you provide yourself, Hulshof also records additional information with your permission, such as your IP address and surfing behaviour on the website.

This way, Hulshof hopes to better attune its products and services to the wishes of its users.

1.8 With an account on the website you can simply login to our digital services. With an account Hulshof has the option to assign the use of various services and on various devices to one user. This way Hulshof can better attune its services to your needs and interests. For your account, Hulshof records information on your interests and preferences and creates a profile on the basis of these. You can also decide yourself as user what interests and preferences you communicate to us.

Personal data up to the age of 16

Hulshof does not want to collect data of visitors under the age of 16. However, Hulshof cannot check if a visitor is 16 years or over. If you are convinced that Hulshof has collected data about a minor without parental consent, please contact us via service@hulshofbusinesscases.com so Hulshof can remove this information in such a case.

Provision to third parties
Sometimes Hulshof shares your personal data with third parties, such as service providers contracted by Hulshof, e.g. service providers or marketing firms, mailing houses and transporters.


In most cases Hulshof shares your personal data with third parties located in the European Economic Space (EES). In occasional cases Hulshof shares your personal data with third parties located outside the EES. In these cases Hulshof will apply appropriate safeguards to ensure that personal data can be passed on legitimately.

Hulshof will make sure that, if applicable, appropriate measures are taken when Hulshof passes on your personal data to third parties. For instance, Hulshof will conclude a processing agreement wherever necessary (in which constraints on the use of your personal data and obligations regarding security of your personal data will be laid down).


Retention period
Hulshof will not keep your data for a longer time than is necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected and processed. Only if Hulshof is obliged by law to do so, or if this is necessary for defending our legitimate rights (e.g. in case of a conflict), Hulshof will keep the data for a longer period of time.

Inspection, adjustment or removal of data
You have the right to inspect your personal data, have it corrected or removed or to object against processing of your personal data. If you want to make such a request, you can send a request for inspection, correction or removal to service@hulshofbusinesscases.com
To be sure that the request for inspection was made by yourself, Hulshof asks you to send a copy of your ID with the request and a telephone number on which you can be reached during the day. Hulshof asks you to blacken your pass photo and citizen service number on this copy, to protect your privacy. Hulshof will reply to your request within four weeks.


If you think that Hulshof does not process your personal data correctly, Hulshof informs you of your right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority. Of course Hulshof hopes that you will first file your complaint to Hulshof to see if Hulshof can work out a solution with you.

Security of data
Hulshof uses appropriate security procedures for the protection of the personal data processes, to prevent unauthorised persons from gaining access to the data. Your personal data is stored on secured servers. The website uses encryption through SSL.
